We are excited to announce the launch of the Mapping of Skills for EU project managers and administrators of charitable organisations on 15 November 2022!
As part of Activity 4 of our project, we will be conducting desk research and analysis to identify and evaluate the educational and training needs of project managers and administrators in charitable and civil society organisations in Cyprus and Greece.
The objective of this research is to gather crucial information that will help us develop a vocational training course and educational methodology that address the specific needs of our target group.
Our project partners have embarked on a comprehensive desk research, utilising official data from government and other official organisations. This research will not only identify core skills essential for project managers and administrators in charitable organisations, but also highlight any existing gaps, such as the lack of proficiency in using digital tools.
The target group for this activity is project managers and administrators of charitable organisations.
We look forward to sharing the valuable insights we gain from this research and leveraging them to create a tailored and impactful VET course that empowers project managers and administrators in the sector.
